Innusberg is the central region of Toil. Land locked to all sides and ruled by Toor Rouymai and the Council of Wizardry Innusberg maintains power through its control of the Five Roads of Toil, through which every trade good must pass by decree of the Gods.
Rather than relying on a vast standing army each segment of the road, known as a Ward, is run by a locally elected representative who raise forces in a variety of ways, some relying wholly on intervention from the Gods themselves.
Bordered to the North by The Durek Flights a snow swept mountainous region inhabited largely by Dwarves and Giants. To the South by Ventici an arid land full of merchants with a jagged coastline. To the East by the warring regions of Hopelander and Darkslick which vary in climate from tropical to frosty and are the domain of savage hordes. To the West by Phironia connected by a thin causeway; few have traveled there to know even the basics as all goods are left at the cause way at dusk to vanish through the night.
The primary currency of Innusberg is the Gold piece with gems being used instead of platinum, which is too rare outside of The Durek Flights to be spared for even rich currency.
The Council of Wizardry is located in Innusberg City [metropolis] but there is no other population center of any great note [Large Village >].
